Chatpati Dilli

On the 18 of Jan 09, We (Me and my wife) visited this event "Chatpati Dilli" organized by Delhi Times. This event offered the audience a variety of Kachories, Chola Khulcha, Chatt, Jaleebi etc. The entire Garden of 5 Senses was crowed like anything and Jassi also performed live. It was a good fun filled event.
For the Chola Kulcha - it was a long Q, probably 100 -150 people were waiting for their chance.
The crowd was typical Delhi crowd, with very loud makeups and all in branded / designer wear. But to my utmost shock and surprise - a gang of Ladies broke into a fight - a physical fight over Chola Kulchas. The ladies were abusing each other like crazy and were hitting each other hard. This was for the first time I saw ladies fighting in public. But over all it was agreat fun.
When Jassi started his performance...everyone started dancing and enjoying. The event managers next to the stage were throwing loads of attitude on the audience. They were behaving as by organizing this Jassi show they have done a very Nobel deed or they have Obliged the society. The music was so very load ...rather deafning. The sound guy had no clue of what output he should give. The speaker were giving feedback every 10 seconds. It was just the sound of the Dhol which was audible.
I wish and suggest the Delhi Times Event team to use a good sound technician next time and being in the service industry should at least carry a smile on their faces.

Online Reputation Management

I am working for a client of mine and he now wants me to handle and manage his online reputation. This is a relatively new term and exercise for me. I have downloaded some white papers on the same topic and am trying to understand the process.
I'll appreciate if some one could throw some light on this subject.
